Developing compassion is a journey that takes time and dedication. This four-part waypoint invites you to cultivate big-heartedness—not pity, but true, exemplary compassion—through three key practices: morality, determined contemplation, and understanding.
These elements work together like the roots, trunk, and branches of a tree, building a foundation for a meaningful life. Morality guides your principles, contemplation clears distractions, and understanding brings deep insight.
