Grow Up Fully
Trying To Become Perfect
The goal of traversing the Heartwood Path ought not to be achieving pre-given rules of perfection. There is no standard of perfection along the Heartwood Path. The goal ought to be to become impeccably aware of one’s own feelings, thoughts, and actions so that one can find harmony, communicate with nature, be in a state of oneness with life, and use one’s own individual gifts to serve others effectively and enduringly.
Like life, going down the Heartwood Path is not an experience that is selected and made. Rather, life and the Heartwood Path are experiences that involve ongoing selecting and making. This path is necessary because, spiritually speaking, most people never develop into higher stages of maturity. Speaking plainly, the Heartwood Path does not make people perfect, not in any final sense; but it does help them grow-up more fully.
