Key Assertions That Help Summarize This Article:
If things are wrong in the world, it is because something is wrong with the individual.
To save the world, put your self right first; then help other nearby individuals; and, only after attending to people, work on the non-human cause of concern.
A better end product occurs when its initiation is right.
Start your dreams in the dream world of The Absolute and keep them in this private, quiet, unseen place until you have gathered sufficient momentum to put yourself on course.
The process of getting yourself right takes five steps:
1) grounding (quieting the mind),
2) centering (putting your attention on your heart region,
3) attuning (repeating a a sound to connect to the divine presence of your Soul),
4) integrating (becoming still and feeling the expansiveness of peacefulness), and
5) expressing gratitude (basking in the light and beauty of your love).
To provide more equity, fairness, and moral rightness, humans need to, among other things, overcome the tendency, common in corporations, to subordinate eternal public values for expedient commercial priorities. When such subordination occurs, it is the environment, the community, the worker, the consumer, and democracy itself that pays the dearest.

You may feel that you are on a mission to save the world, and indeed you may be. This is joyous work because you feel you are on target. It is also terrible work because of the magnitude of the burden. As you develop as a person your heroic mission to save the world will not remain a burden because after you make your promise to work on a big cause overcoming hindrances becomes your simple way to participate in the world.
A better end product occurs when its initiation is right. Start your dreams in the dream world of The Absolute and keep them in this private, quiet, unseen place until you have gathered sufficient momentum to carve your own path.
To put yourself on course, do the five steps described by Jonathan Parker in his book The Soul Solution: Enlightening Mediations for Resolving Life’s Problems (2011). These five step are: 1) grounding (quieting the mind), 2) centering (putting your attention on your heart region, 3) attuning (repeating a sound to connect to the divine presence of your Soul), 4) integrating (becoming still and feeling the expansiveness of peacefulness), and, 5) gratitude (basking in the light and beauty of your love). They are all described in detail in the following activity.
To Prepare To Help Solve The World’s Problems…

HumaNatureConnect Activity
Putting Yourself Right
For this activity, work toward getting yourself closer to being just, suitable, correct, and prepared to participate in solving the world’s problems. This process of getting yourself right takes five steps:
Grounding. Engage in conscious and controlled breathing. Quiet the mind. Focus your attention on your chosen attractive natural being. Form the intention to connect the base of your spine with the center of the Earth. Direct the energy of the First Chakra to flow to the center of the Earth. Send distracting thoughts and emotions down this flow of energy to the center of the Earth. Continue with this flow until you feel settled, relaxed, stable, balanced, focused on the present, and grounded. Form the intention to maintain this connection to the earth always.
Centering. Put your attention on the place in your body where you most readily feel compassion, grief, sadness, emotional pain and love; namely, the heart region. To direct your consciousness at your heart area, place one or both hands on your upper chest. As you do so, repeatedly ask for your Soul to emerge in your heart. As your soul emerges you will first feel quietness, then a presence. At the first sign of quietness, say repeatedly something like: “I feel the divine presence of my Soul in my heart.” Continuing to say this mantra will deepen your experience of Soul connection. This experience is your true nature, an expression of infinite love and light. As harmony and congruity grows sustainably within you over time, you will notice that you feel off track any other way. This is a sign that old programs and beliefs are giving way to the direction of the Soul. This direction heals any part of you that is maladjusted due to isolation or fear.
Attuning. Now you will use a repetition of a sound to connect to the divine presence of your Soul. Pick a name, word, or phrase for your connection, any such utterance that has a positive association for you. We all know any sounds will do, except for “I am sending all my money to Don.” Repeat such mantras as “Yahweh––the Hebrews’ Biblical name for God,” “Allah,” “Buddha,” “NNIAAL,” or “I feel my Soul in my heart” for several minutes or until you feel supported, healed, and supported spiritually. Then sit in silent and attune yourself to the subtle impulses that arise. Keep judgements out. Just be aware of what arises within you. Do not give up if you do not immediately experience these arisings. If you feel stuck, go back to the grounding phase of this activity and continue with the centering phase. Reconnect with the Earth. Reestablish the connection between your Soul and your heart. Without delay, start the sounds again. Continue until you begin to really notice the inner arisings amid the vastness of the peaceful stillness.
Integrating. Relax your mind. Let go of the desire to bring questions to your Soul. Become still and feel the expansiveness of peacefulness. Stay peaceful for several minutes or as long as you like.
Expressing Gratitude. Simply express gratitude for your meditation session, regardless of your perception of its effectiveness. Feel how your repeated statements of gratitude open you up a little more each time. Perceive with your senses. Notice the details of your chosen attractive natural being and its surroundings. Notice how the more you connect with your Soul the limitations of your outer perceptions become apparent. Bask in the light and beauty of your love.
Once you finish these five steps, jot down your impressions in your journal. Be sure to not support any feelings of specialness. Despite your newly expanded inner connection and its glorious light and beauty, avoid boasting of your accomplishment. No matter how much deeper or brighter you feel, remain humble.
