What the Codex Contains
The Heartwood Path Codex begins releasing this week. Before we enter the first layer, I want to give you a simple sense of what the Codex contains.
The Codex is built in layers. Each layer focuses on one aspect of the Path — a single piece of the architecture. None of the layers stand alone, and none of them require prior training. They build on each other slowly and deliberately.
Here is the basic shape:
Foundations — the grounding principles of the Path
Practices — the core exercises that make the Path usable
Companions — the inner and outer allies that support the work
Terrains — the emotional and ecological landscapes we move through
Integrations — how the layers come together in daily life
You don’t need to memorize any of this.
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need to study ahead.
This is simply the map.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll take you through each layer one at a time. Each post will be clear, self‑contained, and practical. You’ll be able to follow the Codex at your own pace.
For now, all you need is the outline.
