Flow With Them And Heed The Little Things That May Become The Big Things In Your Life
We all spend too much of our time in fear, ignorance, indecision, lust, dependence, ineffectiveness, unrewarding labor, egoism, despair, insecurity, disease, debt, and domination. The Heartwood Path moves one away from these conditions by combining three pathways of improvement. One is the path people follow to improve the environment. Another is the trail people follow to improve their relationships. The third is the course to self-improvement.
At the confluence of these three trails begins the Heartwood Path, a multi-part course that is already adding depth to your character and thus adding to your appeal—the attractiveness of character you can use during your journey along the Heartwood Path to find a mate or to motivate others to praise The Absolute and protect Its creation. Usually when I recommend that participants praise The Absolute the action being encouraged is more about immersion in nature than it is about offering words of worship.
Praising the Absolute through heart-felt immersion in nature will add depth to your awareness and broaden your self-concept to the point that you will be driven easily to help others. You can use this series of courses to help others love their fellows or to at least keep yourself from hating those who don’t. Use this series of courses also to enjoy the little things in life that you may one day realize are the big things in your life. Such reminiscing, like all reminiscing that is vivid, adds to happiness. The following activity will help you do both.
If this is not a day when you prefer to spend time in nature without an agenda, do the following activity:
HumaNatureConnect Activity: Reminiscing. With pen and Journal in hand, go to an attractive natural area and, in a spirit of appreciation, look around you to find something that is attractive to you. Once you find an aspect of nature that is attractive to you continuously for at least ten seconds, use your nature-inspired optimal functioning to reminisce about loving your fellows, the little things in life, or both. Write down the most vivid recollections possible.
